Inbox
Read your business mail without paying for Google Workspace. It arrives through Cloudflare, and a free Gmail still gets every message.

Why
Business email usually means paying for Google Workspace, or forwarding every domain into one Gmail and telling them apart with filters. Invoices end up next to newsletters. Inbox gets you a mailbox for each business through Cloudflare, without the Workspace bill.
What it does
Inbox keeps a copy of the mail sent to your business addresses and shows it by business. Search covers every business at once, or one if you narrow it, and it finds archived mail too.
You write rules: which business, which address it was sent to, which sender, which words in the subject, and what to do (label, archive, mark read). The first rule that matches wins. If Gmail is connected, Inbox puts the label on the Gmail copy about 30 seconds later.
- 01One mailbox for each business
- 02Gmail still receives every message
- 03Rules you can read back
- 04Search across every business, archived mail included
“Gmail still gets every message.”
Under the hood
A Cloudflare worker forwards each message to Gmail first, then saves a copy and tells your server. There is no model in version 1, and the app shows no AI output.
Remote images are blocked by default. One tap loads them for that sender. Scripts never run. Archive has a five second undo. If Gmail cannot find a message, the app tries six times over about fifteen minutes, then says so.
Inbox keeps the full original message and its attachments, plus a search index, for a year by default. Delete everything removes all of it. It all sits in your own Cloudflare storage and on your own server.
Where it is at
Built and tested on one Mac against stand-ins for Cloudflare, Google and Apple. It has not run on real accounts, it is not on the App Store or TestFlight, and nobody uses it yet.
